Our Courses

At the moment Jackie teaches three group courses - Introducing Mindfulness which is a short exploration of mindfulness skills and how they can be used in everyday life to reduce stress and enhance wellbeing. Finding Peace in a Frantic World, which is an 8-week course based on the bestselling book of the same name, and finally, Mindfulness for Life  -  a longer 8-week course that goes deeper into the theory and psychology behind mindfulness whilst equipping you with many skills to meet life's challenges and promote joy and wellbeing. Courses will be posted here as they become available to book.
